Symptoms
In ALM 8.0.7.x, you cannot enter a negative rate in the Rate Tiers screen of a Rate Dependency Pattern. When you attempt to add a negative value, a pop-up window appears with the following:
Value should range between 0 and 9999.999999
The prevents you from adding negative values.
