Symptoms

RTVCre fails with below error -

 Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create a purchase order with 100 units.
  2. Receive this purchase order in the store.
  3. Generate a RTV with 40 units, send this RTV and perform shipping.
  4. Generate a second RTV with 60 units, send this RTV but do not ship.
  5. Generate a third RTV with 40 units (now we have a reserv > 100 ), send this RTV.
  6. Note above error in RIB Hospital.
