Symptoms

When a user performs a manual replenishment (on a labelled reserve environment) of cases inside a master that has a Case ROP replenishment instruction, the system will decrement the number of cases/units from the replenishment instruction even if it reaches 0.

Steps:
1. Have a master pallet on reserve with 8 cases (Casepack 10 units)
2. Have a picking location with:
  a. Capacity: 30 units
  b. Inbound: 0
  c. ROP: 15 units
  d. Unit qty: 10 units
3. Generate an ROP replenishment instruction for the picking location
4. System generates a replenishment instruction of 2 cases
5. Update the picking location quantity to 0 (using the Forward Pick Location Editor)
6. Perform the manual replenishment of 1 case
  a. Replenishment instruction decremented 1 case (from 2 to 1)
7. Perform the manual replenishment of 1 case
  b. Replenishment instruction decremented 1 case (from 1 to 0 -> Error)
8. Perform the manual replenishment of 1 case
