Updates On Notebook Topics Are Not Retained In P6 Web (Doc ID 2923028.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Updates done on a Notebook Topic of an Activity are not retained if the user moves to another Activity without saving the change.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Multiple changes should be allowed before the changes are saved.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Web.
2. Open some Projects and go to the Activities page.
3. Select an Activity and update an already existing Notebook Topic.
4. Go to another Activity and update Notebook Topic
5. Come back to the first Activity to check the changes that were made earlier. The changes were not retained.
