'Open Project' Doesn't Work From a Group Band When Projects are Grouped By a 'Project Code' (Doc ID 2923083.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

'Open Project' doesn't work from a group band when Projects are grouped by a 'Project Code.'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

'Open Project' would work from a group band when Projects are grouped by a 'Project Code.'

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Projects tab.
2. Group Projects by a Project Code.
3. Right click on any group band and click 'Open Projects.'
