Symptoms

Customer is trying to create a custom REST Web Service to be consumed by an in-house developed application client written in an environment such as APEX or C#. The issue is that when trying to test the Get operation from the API Specification window by passing it a PO header ID, I get a "Failed to parse URL" error along with the "empty" .json payload.
