Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Citrix environment P6 (PVD) Professional Check Schedule Report Fails To Open when Internet Explorer is the default web browser.

STEPS

  1. Launch P6 (PVD) Professional
  2. Open any P6 project schedule
  3. From Tools menu select Check Schedule Report
  4. IE browser launches and opens Check Schedule Report
  5. Result: Check schedule report fails to open and IE crashes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Citrix environment P6 (PVD) Professional Check Schedule Report Opens successfully regardless of the User's default web browser setting.
