ATO Is Not Showing Under Relationships Tab of Change (Doc ID 2923442.1)

Automated Transfer Order (ATO) is not showing under Relationships tab of change


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Login to Agile Java Client with admin user, select Admin tab
  2. Navigate to System Settings->Agile Content Service
  3. Configure ACS using workflow event, so that ATO will be generated when change is released
  4. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
  5. Log into Agile Web Client
  6. Create and Release a change
  7. Navigate to Relationships tab of change
  8. ATO is not showing under Relationships tab of change
