Symptoms

MSS 6.3.1 version, PSR
===============

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
=============

In the Service Request Search window, when users try to do a New From on a PSR order, they are able to copy virtual circuits present on an open EWO or ISR even if the preference, Service Request > Allow Multiple Open Orders against Circuits, is set to N.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
===============
MSS shouldn't allow to pull Virtual circuits in PSR order when  its present already on an EWO order.

STEPS:
=====

Sample orders :
1-PSR = Order 123 (NEW )
   Engineering Work Order = 124 (CHANGE)
   PSR = Order : 125 (DISCONNECT)

2-Change EWO is raised for the circuit after completing the new PSR.

3-The user didn’t complete this EWO . Now while EWO is still open another PSR 125 was raised to Disconnect this Circuit .

4-Expectation:
The circuit in a change status, Record Issue in EWO order. The PSR was issued to Disconnect this EVC. MSS should not allow this to occur.
