Purpose

Migrating JMS Messages from an OSM Traditional Deployment to an OSM Cloud Native Deployment by Using the JMS Store Migration Tool Kit

One of the tasks that you need to perform for moving to an OSM cloud native deployment from a traditional deployment is migrating the JMS messages. The “Exporting and Importing JMS Messages” section in OSM Cloud Native Deployment Guide describes steps for migrating JMS messages by using the WebLogic Administration Console. This document describes the steps for migrating JMS messages by running the scripts provided with the OSM cloud native toolkit.


The scripts you run and the steps you perform are different for the options (Option A and Option B) illustrated in Figure 12-1 Move to OSM Cloud Native Process in OSM Cloud Native Deployment Guide and your choice.
