Goal

NAV: Order Management (R) / Orders, Returns / Sales Orders

In a sales order, when scheduling the order, and when Delivery Lead Time is 5 days, we get two different results as shown:

Customer A shows Request date - Day 10 and Ship date is Day 10 and Arrival date Day 15 - this not the desired result.
Customer B shows Request date - Day 10 and Ship date is Day 5 and Arrival date Day 10 - this is the desired result.

What setup is required to achieve the desired result?
