PLS-00410 Derivation Procedure Fails to be Generated (Doc ID 292386.1)

Symptoms

When compiling a derivation procedure the following error is displayed:

55120: PL/SQL Procedure did not parse correctly

Log file of batch process used to generate the procedure contains the following errors:

--> PACKAGE, 144/1, PLS-00410: duplicate fields in RECORD,TABLE or argument list are not permitted
--> PACKAGE, 144/1, PL/SQL: Declaration ignored
--> PACKAGE, 144/8, PLS-00341: declaration of cursor 'B_CUR' is incomplete or malformed
