Step1: Open Web tester in EDQ

Step2: Scan a individual or entity name

Actual Behavior:

EDQ Web tester is throwing an error : Error contacting web service -Please check the service is running and configured to respond correctly

Expected Behavior:

EDQ Web tester to return a match without any error
