Inquiry Screens Reports Generic “Failure.NoDataFound” Error After Upgrade (Doc ID 2924643.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.8 version, Inquiry Screen

Following an upgrade from v10.2.0.40 to v11.3.1.17, the standard error stack-trace is being reported incorrectly for all Inquiry Screens.
The following generic messages is shown:

 

ERROR
-------
“Failure.NoDataFound”

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA Application.
2. Navigate Company Level Inquiry Screens.
3. Select Any Inquiry Screen Names.
4. Click OK.
5. OIPA returns a System Error.
