Goal

We have recently installed ECM 8121 along with FCCM. For our OC instance we want to use the restrictive license of ECM with FCCM.
It is written in the document that only CM Analyst 1 can be used for cases but several functionalities are missing from this role which were there in FCCM like creating manual cases, creating manual events, search historical events page, send email functionality.
