Problem Summary

5.6.2 Rate Manager database update for Reporting not working as expected. Does not display a status after running the DB update script.

Problem Description

The 5.6.2 rate manager IBRM and IB_CLIENT database was refreshed from the 5.5. The RM update was ran for the IBRM and worked correctly. The IB_CLIENT worked as well. However, for REPORTING the database script update executes but there was no positive or negative response - "Current" was expected to show on the Status but there was no value.

Steps: Refreshed the 5.6 IBRM with an import from 5.5 IBRM. Used “Database Update” to execute update of IBRM and IB_CLIENT – both are OK. However, for “Reporting” the update function ran but it looks like it did nothing since the Status column shows blank afterwards.
