Goal

On : 23.1.0.0 version, Environment Services

SSO Third-Party Login Error in our DEV environment

As part of testing, we are failing attempts to log in as a third-party with an existing student. Get the following error:
"Single Sign-on: There has been an error validating your user credentials. Please contact your System Administrator" The student exists when pulled up in the Admin portal. Confirmed the roles look correct.
