Cancel Deal is Slow for Accounts with Many Cancelled Purchases (Doc ID 2925192.1)

Symptoms

It is observed that while cancelling deal on accounts with large number of cancelled purchases, it is very slow, i.e.  It takes about 5 to 10 mins for and account with 12k cancelled purchases. This is causing timeouts from customer user interface (UI).

From CM logs with opcode stacks, one can see PCM_OP_SEARH on purchased_product without status, this results in getting all purchases and hence causing the slowness.

 

The steps are reproduced internally by running the following steps

1. Load basicISP pricelist
2. Create an account using customer center.
3. Purchase a deal.
4. Cancel the deal.
5. Purchase the deal again.
6. Cancel the deal again.
