Badge Number is not updated when trying to edit the Device ID on the Field Activity Completion Event (Doc ID 2925243.1)

Goal

MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
C2M - Customer to Meter
FA - Field Activity

On the Field Activity Completion Event - Update Device Location, on the New Device Data Details section, when clicking on edit and change the Device ID, the corresponding Badge Number is not being updated. On C2M 2.8.0.0.0 it is not possible to change the Badge Number to match the Device's Badge Number since it has been auto-populated.
