Symptoms

When Discount Sharing Group (DSG) group/member is deleted, Spending-Status-Notification-Requests (SNR) are not generated for a member account.
After deleting member from DSG, for update request number 2 DAPCS balance is updated to -1 (Current balance: -2, Consumed reservation is 1.00), SNR is expected but not received.
