Goal
When load rated events in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) by pin_rel utility (executed by rel_daemon in a cloud native environment), it loads the events in event_t, but the account balance in BRM remains the same.
The rel_daemon log throws up an error about "wrong version" in update step.
Apparently the rel_daemon says that it expects "C1,3.0", but the rows on balances_small column on event_essentials_t in BRM database (DB) starts with "C1,4.0". How can this be resolved?
