Special Character Attachment Files Are Being Renamed After Selecting "Get" And Downloading To A Local Drive (Doc ID 2925628.1)

Special character attachment files are being renamed after selecting "Get" and downloading to a local drive.  Using Safari Browser.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Prepare the Special Character Attachment file:
[File with special characters:   !@#^() - + {} [] M ” “T(Eg “•”]
 - Filename = @ containing “+’^'_ “).xlsx
[File with special characters: !@#^() - + {} [] MT(Eg]
-  Filename containing @ “+‘^'~“).pdf

1. Login to Agile Web Client using Safari Browser
2. Create a Part P00001.
3. Go to Attachments tab, upload a file.
4. Select the file, click More tab-> Get 
5. Copy the URL download link.
6. Paste it in a new browser tab.

Result: The Special Character Attachment file was downloaded with a new filename using Get.
