Copying Items In A Rate Manager Program Does Not Show Successful Completion (Doc ID 2925830.1)

On : 5.6.0.0.0 version, RateManager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Copying items in a Rate Manager program results in non-stop spinning

When copying a local algorithm or calculated variable, it will endlessly spin with "Finding Dependencies". Closing the pop-up and refreshing the screen seems to show that the copy succeeded. Not seeing a "Success" message would cause the user to not know if this action completed without errors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Variable should copy with Success message

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:\
1. Go to a program in Rate Manager's program explorer.
2. Open a program.
3. Right-click an existing calculated variable or algorithm, and choose "Copy", and confirm with the "Copy" button.
4. Once the "Finding Dependencies" popup displays, it does not seem to ever close on its own.
5. Close the window with the upper-right "X" button, and refresh the screen to see the copied item.
