Supp Cancelling an EWO order for "Change Connection ID" activity does not set the circuit's TRANSMISSION_FACILITY_CIRCUIT.CLF_FACILITY_DESIGNATION back to its original value. The circuit's CIRCUIT.EXCHANGE_CARRIER_CIRCUIT_ID value is updated correctly. Because of this, the circuit would not be found in the Connection Design Search window if a user performed a search using the Designation field with the circuit's original value.

Recreation Steps

1. Create a Facility circuit using "Add New" in Connection Design.

    * Example: XXX /T1ZF /ABIQNMXC685/ZUNINMACN01

    * Note the circuit's CIRCUIT.EXCHANGE_CARRIER_CIRCUIT_ID value is the same as the example above and its TRANSMISSION_FACILITY_CIRCUIT.CLF_FACILITY_DESIGNATION value is 'XXX'.

2. Create new EWO order and add the circuit using the "Change Connection" link on the Work Order Summary > Manage Connections page.

3. Assign a Prov Plan with a DLRD and DD tasks.

4. Open the circuit's Connection Design through the DLRD task.

5. Set the circuit's status to Record Issue and save Current Issue.

    * Note this process inserts a system generated NOTES record for the order and circuit which will expose the problem.

6. Close the Connection Design. Completing DLRD task is not required.

7. Supp Correct the EWO order and change the circuit's connection ID by selecting the circuit and clicking the "Change Connection ID" link on the Work Order Summary > Manage Connections page.

8. Change the circuit's Facility Designation (XXX to ZZZ) and Location A CLLI Code (ABIQNMXC685 to ABIQNMXCL01) and click OK.

    * Note the circuit's CIRCUIT.EXCHANGE_CARRIER_CIRCUIT_ID value has changed to 'ZZZ /T1ZF /ABIQNMXCL01/ZUNINMACN01' and its TRANSMISSION_FACILITY_CIRCUIT.CLF_FACILITY_DESIGNATION value is now 'ZZZ'.

9. Supp Cancel the EWO order.

    * Note the circuit's CIRCUIT.EXCHANGE_CARRIER_CIRCUIT_ID value has changed back to 'XXX /T1ZF /ABIQNMXC685/ZUNINMACN01', but its TRANSMISSION_FACILITY_CIRCUIT.CLF_FACILITY_DESIGNATION value remained 'ZZZ'.
