Why Clear cache is required? (Doc ID 2927475.1)

After did an upgrade is needed to clear cache to bring and display the info in the UI.
Client is asking why we should do that.

We provide the following workaround:

1) Clear your Chrome Browser Cache Chrome-->Settings--> Search “Cache” -->Clear Browsing data--> Select “Time Range” --> “All Activity”
