Components not able to interact with UTA database tables in OUTA 7.0.0.0.1

The issue is the components are not able to connect to OUTA database, the only time components are able to connect to OUTA Database tables is when the component is the first component in the flow. I am attaching the logs file for flow execution where we received the error "Exception in ExecuteSQLQry function ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" because it connects to the wrong database instead of OUTA database. The logs and component export are attached.

 have the correct values set for OUTA  DB properties in the Flow Configuration Sets since able to connect to the database in the first component.
