Problem Accessing 2 Cases Not Correctly Uploaded (Doc ID 2928168.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to upload a case, a user got disconnected from the application.
This appears to have affected two specific cases: 2023-XXXXX and 2023-YYYYY.


That day user was able to create other cases but for those two cases the application froze and the user had to logout and log back in to keep working.
Thereafter, any user attempts to access either of the two cases on any tab except the General tab,

results in facing 500-Internal Server Error.

Checking the error logs for that day, one sees a problem at the time the failed uploads were attempted.
