Symptoms
Unable to generate rates for Hybrid Interest Rate Code (IRC) which are configured as spread between two IRCs. There is a popup message saying successfully triggered the generation process but no records are getting inserted into FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST table nor able to see the newly generated rates data on the User Interface (UI).
Error:
Web server fsapps.log shows error below on generateHybridCodes:

Steps To Replicate:
1. Create a new Hybrid IRC to generate weekly hybrid rates as spread between two IRCs.
2. Select Start Date and End Date within one month period.
3. Click Generate Rates and popup message shown successfully triggered the generation process.
4. No newly generated rates shown on the UI.
5. No records is inserted in FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST.
6. Found error message in web server fsapps.log on generateHybridCodes.
