Incorrect Consumed Reservation Getting Reserved For Update Request With USU As 0 (Doc ID 2929141.1)

Symptoms

When the first domestic Used Service Unit (USU) is passed as 0 then the consumed reservation is coming as 1 kB.

Scenario:

1) Purchase domestic bundle with having current balance of 1 GB.
2) Start domestic usage

First Update :

GSU = 200 MB
Pass USU as 0 MB
Reserved Balance = 200 MB + 1KB
Consumed Reservation = 1 KB

Second Update :

GSU = 200 MB + 1 KB
Pass USU as 0 MB
Reserved Balance = 200 MB + 1KB
Consumed Reservation = 1 KB

Third Update :

GSU = 200 MB
Pass USU as 200 MB
Reserved Balance = 400 MB
Consumed Reservation = 200 MB

Terminate Session with 0 USU.

Consumed Balance = 200 MB
Note: GSU : Granted Service Unit.
