Goal

After recent upgrade to LRMS 8.1.2.2 from LRM 8.0.2. As a generic observation for few of the table like DIM_ENCUMBRANCE_TYPE, DIM_MATURITY_OPTIONALITY description for V_ENCUMBRANCE_TYPE_CODE 'MSG' and 'OTH' is missing and showing null.
