Symptoms

Average cost calculation for WH location is getting wrong after receiving for Tran code  20A or Tran code  28/29.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a PO for 100 qty each for 2 pack items having a same component item with ELC expenses.
2. Receive the PO with 100 qty both the packs.
3. Ship out 70 quantity of one of the packs.
3. Check the WAC for the component item in item_loc_soh.
4. Create an Obligation for the above PO for 100 qty for the pack which is shipped out, with a different value than ELC expense.
5. Finalize the obligation
6. Check tran_data & item_loc_soh.
