Symptoms

The Customer Account Search window accessed when creating a PSR order is limited to searching by "Customer Address". Enhance the application by adding the ability to search by both "Customer Address" and "Telephone Number" similar to the Customer Account Search window accessed through Order Management > Customer Accounts.

New PSR

1. Order Management.

2. Service Requests.

3. Add New > Product Service Request > OK.

4. Click the Select Customer link.

    * Note the Customer Account Search window (w_customer_account_query_respone) only allows searching by "Customer Address".

Customer Account

1. Order Management.

2. Customer Accounts.

    * Note this Customer Account Search window (w_customer_account_query) allows searching by "Customer Address" and "Telephone Number".
