Sort Order of Laboratory Data and Results Does Not Match the User Interface for CIOMS Report vs. MedWatch Report (Doc ID 2930459.1)

Goal

In Argus Safety the Output for the CIOMS I Report Does not match the Argus UI (User Interface) data for example:

Data Entered for Lab Test in the Case Form is per Below:

When the CIOMS I Report is run it displays the data in the below order (incorrect does not match the order in the Case Form UI):

When the MedWatch Report is run for the same case, the order matches the Case Form UI:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a simple case
2. Navigate to [Patient] > [Lab Data] > Add Test Date and Details per below


Test Date = 07-NOV-2022 Creatinine = 4.31 (milligram per decilitre)

3. Save and exit case

4. Re-open case (New Revision) and add:


Test Date = 26-OCT-2022 Creatinine = 0.89

5. Save and exit case
6. Re-open case and new revision and add:

** Note that the screen has now ordered by date, rather than order entered

7.  10-NOV-2022 Creatinine = 2.71

In the same revision add:


10-NOV-2022 Creatinine = 1.79

 

10-NOV-2022 Creatinine = 1.17

8. Close case
9. Re-open in new revision and add:


10-NOV-2022 Creatinine = 2.71
10-NOV-2022 Creatinine = 1.79

10. Save case

11. [Regulatory Reports] - Schedule and generate a Draft CIOMS I Report
12. [Regulatory Reports] - Schedule and generate a Draft MedWatch Report

Note that:

a. CIOMS I displays in order of date but not in sequence with UI i.e. in order added to case:

Record 2
Record 1
Record 5
Record 6
Record 7
Record 3
Record 4

b. MedWatch Matches the order entered and displayed in the UI i.e.

Record 2
Record 1
Record 3
Record 4
Record 5
Record 6
Record 7
