Goal
User has configured the suspense cartridge in Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) deployed in cloud native environment and gets an error when starting it:
The connection to the database is through Service Name instead of Service Id, but the error states that the correct format is "host:port:sid" .
Valid format would be jdbc:oracle:thin:@//<HOST>:<PORT>/<SERVICE NAME>
