On: 2.8.0.0.0 version, CI - Customer Information
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- More than one account found for the Premise
Start panel 1 incorrectly displays the alert – “More than one account found for the premise” when the premise is linked to only one account and has multiple service points active on it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- It should say that one account found the premise.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Select a Premise which has only one Account linked to it and it has multiple Service Points linked – 2. Go To Account Information * Current Customer * Start Service 3. Provide Premise Address and click on Search button 4. Select the displayed Premise radio button 5. Notice the alert text under Premise for the Current Account which states – More than one account found for the Premise
