FE 190 Was Coming Wrong When the Holiday Calendar Is Set at Maturity Event

Symptoms
In ALM 8.1.2, after upgrading from ALM 8.0.2 to 8.1.2, when trying to run the ALM Static Deterministic process process, find FE 190 value is coming wrong when the holiday calendar is set at maturity event. However, FE 190 value can be calculated correctly after disabling the "Enable Holiday Calendar Adjustments" in the App Preferences.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrading from ALM 8.0.2 to 8.1.2.
2. Run the ALM Static Deterministic process.
