Why Hasn't The Tlds.txt File Been Updated In The Latest Messaging Server Patch? (Doc ID 2931614.1)

Goal

On : Messaging Server 8.1.0.21.0

Why wasn't the tlds.txt file updated in the latest Messaging Server patch?

From Messaging Server 8.1.0.21.0:
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 9984 Jan 12 06:14 messaging64/lib/tlds.txt

From Messaging Server 8.1.0.20.0:
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 9984 Sep 23 08:00 messaging64/lib/tlds.txt

It seems unlikely that it would not have changed between those two patches.

As a workaround, a manual update of the file was necessary, but this file should automatically be updated.
