Unable to Import the P6 XML File Exported from TILOS (Doc ID 2932261.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When the user tried to import the P6 XML project exported from the TILOS application the P6 EPPM does not import the project and generated the error on P6 PPM (SQLite db) we don't have any issue to import this file.

XML import of Project "ABCD" initiated.
EPS (3063) matched by 3063 from xml
Unresolved reference null on Project.
ParentEPSObjectId = 3063
Project 'AB1' (5386) created according to 123456 from xml
ProjectObjectId = 5386
ProjectObjectId = 5386
ProjectObjectId = 5386
ProjectObjectId = 5386
ProjectObjectId = 5386

SEVERE: java.lang.NullPointerException

SEVERE: com.primavera.integration.client.xml.xmlimporter.XMLImporterException

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open P6 Professional
  2. File import P6 XML
