Edidlinv Batch is Recording Wrong Total_Tax_Amount For RTVs (Doc ID 2933352.1)

Symptoms

Importing EDI files from RMS for RTV into REIM, the batch REIMEDIINJECTOR is failing with the error: TOTAL_TAX in IM_DOC_INJECT_ERROR table.
The tax amounts are not equal between TAX AMOUNT from IM_INJECT_DOC_TAX vs IM_INJECT_DOC_HEAD.TOTAL_TAX_AMOUNT.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a RTV in RMS.
2. The RTV is exported to INVC_* tables.
3. Execute EDIDLINV batch to create EDI file to REIM.
4. Run REIMEDIINJECTOR batch.
5. REIMINJECTOR fails with TOTAL_TAX, doc tax is not equal to IM_INJECT_DOC_HEAD.TOTAL_TAX_AMOUNT.
