Unable to assign T1 circuit to T3 circuit having DS1 Rate Code positions. The application displays "Cannot assign a T1 circuit to a DS1 circuit position." error message when attempting to "Assign Connection".

Changes

In the reported case, circuits had been properly created with a DS1 Rate Code based on the Service Types configuration. However, prior to making the Facility assignment, user(s) were changing the circuit's Rate Code on the Connection Design's Connection Summary page.
