No Attachment Received for Scheduled UDR Sometimes Even Though Auto-Mail as Attachment to Users and Groups Is Selected (Doc ID 2934468.1)

The attachment is missing for the scheduled UDR run sometimes

It is expected the attachment should come with email for UDR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Open Company Workspace
  3. Navigate to Template
  4. Grant the permission, and check Auto-mail as attachment to users and groups under schedule tab
  5. Update the shells with this template
  6. Notice despite being the same user, sometimes the recipient is an email address and sometimes a user name. If the recipient is an email address, you can also check that there is no attached file.
