Symptoms
1)
Unable to log into RDC Onsite Test Mode i.e. user:
- navigates to RDC Login page
- specifies username and password
- clicks on [Login] button
Now a 'Spinning Clock' appears and the 'Login' URL changes to 'Logout' in the browser 'address bar' i.e.
2)
RDC 'Prod Mode' URL works fine and user can login successfully ( https://server.domain/rdcadfsrnd/faces/Login ).
Changes
Upgraded to RDC 5.4 / used previous release configured Test Mode URL.
