Send Notification Node Works Incorrectly (Doc ID 2934837.1)

Symptoms

On Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.4.1, during execution of acsNumberNormaliseAction related to NOTF feature node, a random value of Nature of Address(NoA) for Calling Line Identifier (CLI) number is received.

Because of above abnormal behavior, USSD is not able to send the notification.

To be noted that after slee process restart, the value of NoA changes (for the same call : same scenario and A ,B numbers)
