Plan Level Activity – Fetching Data And Blue Circle When Adding New Activity (Doc ID 2935161.1)

On : 11.3.1.8 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a new Plan Level Activity, after clicking OK to add the Activity:

1. The screen says “Fetching Data”.
2. The cursor changes to a spinning blue circle.
3 The screen never comes back to the user with details.

Users are only noticing the behavior when the Plan Level Activity Screen already has some Activity Details displaying.
If the user navigates away from the Plan Level Activity Screen and comes back again, they will see the newly added Activity.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Plan Level Activity Screen.
2. Select Company = RiverSource.
3. Select Product = Variable Annuities.
4. Select a Plan = Rava5 Choice.
5. Click Refresh.
6. Click Add Activity.
7. Select QuarterlyStatementCleanUp.
8. Enter Start Policy Number = 1
9. Enter End Policy Number = 2
10. Click OK.
11. You will notice:
a. The activity details go away
b. The screen has a message “Fetching Data…”
c. The cursor changes to a spinning blue circle
d. The screen NEVER comes back to the user.
11. Workaround is to have users navigate away from the screen, come back again, and the Activity displays.
