Unable to Start the Charging Nodes on Backup Site ECE 12 (Doc ID 2936119.1)

Symptoms

Active-Hot Standby System configuration without persistence in the database, set parameter loadConfigSettings = false on ece.properties.
Then unable to start the charging nodes on backup site Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12 with error.

ERROR - - - - Valid CachePersistenceConfigurations configuration not present, please check the config


Workaround
--------------
As workaround, setting the loadConfigSettings parameter to true, but this goes against what the documentation says.

Configuring an Active-Hot Standby System
When configuring active-hot standby with ECE persistence enabled, consider the following points:

Do not set the loadConfigSettings parameter in the secondary site, as you need to load appConfig on both sites. For more information, see "Specifying Driver Machine Properties" in ECE Installation Guide."
