The "Push Plan Information" Program is erroring out with the below error message.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-12899: value too large for column "APPS"."MRP_RECOMMENDATIONS_TEMP"."ALTERNATE_BOM_DESIGNATOR" (actual: 21, maximum: 10)

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation: Other > Requests > Submit a New Request
  a. Select Push Plan Information from the list of values
  b. Input the parameters as needed
  c. Select 'OK' and Submit the request.
