In 8.1.1 PFT, when trying to edit Static Table Driver on Static Table Driver (Edit) Screen, 'Folder' List Of Value(LOV) is empty as below:

Edit a Static Table Driver: Profitability Management -> Rule Specification -> Static Table Driver
