Symptoms

When attempting to create a new P6 database, using DBSetup.bat/.sh, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Error in Run SQL Script orpm_create_users.sql : DatabaseToolException (ORA-28003: password verification for the specified password failed ORA-20000: password length less than 9 bytes)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to create a new P6 database, using DBSetup.bat/.sh
2. Observe reported error.
