User Name Who Closed/Locked The Case Does Not Populate In Case Listing Reporting (Doc ID 2938085.1)

Symptoms



The "Case Closed By" column is blank in Case Listing Report although the case has been archived/closed or locked by the user.

 

Steps:

1. Open the case
2. Close (or lock) the case
3. Open the case again and go to the Activities tab

4. In the "Case Lock / Close" section, the user name is displayed in the "Locked or Closed By" field.   

    


5. Go to (menu) reports > Aggregate report > Case Listing
6. Create a new case LL template and select the following field label under (menu tree) activities > Case Closure
     - Case Closed By
     - Case Closure Date
     - Case Closure Notes

  


7. Print this report template
8. Once the report generates, open the report

The "Case Closed By" column is blank and the user name who closed the case does not populate in the report.
