how to create and call a credential username from the xquery in OSM cloud native

Currently, in our OSM on-prem (OSM version 7.2.4) we send XML request files to the other external system such as UIM and ASAP,

for example our CaptureBIRequest_Do.xqy, to send a XML request to UIM we form a header that contains user-name and its encrypted password
from CaptureBIRequest_Do.xqy we call a function in SoapLibrary.xqy which leads to a context call: getCredentialAsXML, but we don't know to apply it to the OSM cloud native.
